Jennifer Barnes-Balenciaga Barnes-Balenciaga, an 11 year resident of the City of Atlanta (newly transplanted to Manhattan), current LGBTQ Liaison for State Representative Park Cannon Atlanta, GA (District 58), as well as Director of Crystal LaBeija Organizing Fellowship (CLOF), a previous on the ground HIV Prevention Specialist and volunteer whom is not only trained on numerous testing methods but has been a Youth Policy HIV Advisor for Georgia Equality and has presented at many HIV Related conferences such as NAESM, USCA and even spoken at Congressional gatherings like AIDSWatch, but happens to be undetectable and thriving with the virus since 2011. Barnes-Balenciaga hails from Cincinnati, Ohio and holds numerous organizational and committee affiliations, including Vice President of Cincinnati Black Pride, Social Media committee chair for Sankofa Black Women’s Conference & a member of the illustrious House of Balenciaga, a leading institution in the House and Ballroom Scene.
